("CPE" or the "Company")
Result of General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at today's General Meeting were passed.
As a consequence, 51,027,716 new ordinary shares of no par value (the "New Ordinary Shares") will be issued to existing shareholders on the basis of 4 New Ordinary Shares for every 1 existing Ordinary Share held. The New Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") at 8am tomorrow. Following the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to AIM the Company will have a total of 63,784,645 Ordinary Shares in issue.
