IG SEISMIC SERVICES ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Moscow, March 4, 2016

IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS" or the "Company", LSE: IGSS), the leading pure-play land and transition zone seismic company in Russia and the CIS and one of the largest land seismic companies globally, announced results of Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on Wednesday, March 2, 2016, at the Сompany's office at Arch. Makariou, III, 2-4 Capital Business center, 9 floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus.

A quorum of the shareholders was present at the EGM.

Resolutions passed:

1. To approve the delisting of all Rule 144A and Reg S Global Depositary Receipts each representing 2 ordinary shares of the Company, currently listed on the London Stock Exchange and termination of the Deposit Agreement dated 05.12.2012 between the Company and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.;

2. To approve the Company to hold on trust the shares represented by the delisted GDRs for and on behalf of the beneficial owners of the Global Depositary Receipts which remain outstanding after the date of the Deposit Agreement termination unless and until the relevant share certificates have been issued to and in the name of such owners whereby the Company will proceed to (i) make the necessary entries in the register of members of the Company, (ii) issue share certificates in the name of the beneficial owners of the GDRs, (iii) update the public records at the Cyprus registrar of companies;

3. To approve resignation of all members of the Board of Directors;

4. To elect new members of the Board of Directors and approve new composition of the Board of Directors, consisting of 7 Directors:

1) Arutyunov Nikolay as an Independent Director of the Company;

2) Gasparyan Vagan as Non-executive Director of the Company;

3) Generalov Sergey as Non-executive Director of the Company;

4) Gilev Sergey as Non-executive Director of the Company;

5) Levitskiy Nikolay as an Executive Director, CEO of the Company;

6) Martin Olivier as Non-executive Director of the Company;

7) Rohan Gerald as an Independent Director of the Company.
