The Company announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's EGM held on 31 July 2008 to give the Company authority to repurchase up to 5,693,149 of its Ordinary Shares, representing 4 per cent. of the 142,328,716 Ordinary Shares in issue were duly passed.
