The Company's Extraordinary General Meeting, was held today at the Radisson St Helen's Hotel, Stillorgan Road, Dublin 4.

The full text of each resolution was included in a Circular sent to Shareholders dated 29 May 2012.

Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Dublin - 18 June 2012: IFG Group plc today announces the results of the Resolution proposed at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 18 June 2012 at the Radisson St Helen's Hotel, Stillorgan Road, Dublin 4.

Resolution relating to the proposed disposal of IFG International 

The Resolution was passed as an Ordinary Resolution on a show of hands and proxies lodged in advance of the meeting with 99.98% of votes received in advance of the meeting in favour of the Resolution.
