Result of EGM

Leaf Clean Energy Company announces that at the extraordinary general meeting ('EGM') of the Company, held today in connection with the cancellation of the Company's admission to trading on AIM ("Cancellation"), the resolution was duly passed by shareholders.

Accordingly, Cancellation will occur at 7.00 a.m. on 31 January 2020, in accordance with the timings previously announced.
