McColl's Retail Group plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of BDO LLP as independent auditor to the Company for the current financial year, succeeding Deloitte LLP.

The appointment of BDO LLP follows a recommendation of the Audit & Risk Committee after concluding a formal tender process as detailed in the Annual Report and Accounts 2018.
