REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the 86th annual general meeting of the shareholders of AECI held today, 24 May 2010, all the resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.

The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and Intellectual Properties Registration Office in due course.
