Arricano (AIM:ARO), a leading retail real estate developer and operator in Ukraine, posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting on 30 May 2014. The Company announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held at Office 1002, 10th Floor, Nicolaou Pentadromas Centre, Thessalonikis Street, 3025 Limassol, Cyprus earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
