RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TOC Property Backed Lending Trust plc announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held on 18 April 2018, all nine resolutions proposed were duly passed.
The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting set out in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 30 November 2017, copies of which have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
