Fairplace Plc (the "Company") Result of Annual General Meeting

The board of the Company announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today all resolutions were duly passed.

The Company's name will change to Savile Holdings Plc with the stock exchange symbol SAVH.L.

At the AGM Jonathan Cohen, Chairman, made the following statement "The board is pleased to announce that trading in the first quarter of the current financial year is in line with the Group's budget. The business of Cedar TM Limited has now been successfully integrated into the group's business and the board is confident that Cedar will provide a positive contribution"
