The Company announces that it has submitted copies of the resolutions duly passed as Special Business at its Annual General Meeting held on 13 January 2016 to the National Storage Mechanism and these will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM

All of the resolutions put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting were passed on a show of hands. 

The results of proxy votes received are available on the Company's website at www.fenner.com and have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
