Results of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

At the Company's AGM held earlier today, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM and put to the AGM were duly passed. In passing the resolutions, the meeting agreed to pass resolution 13 (That the directors be authorised to call a General Meeting, other than an AGM of shareholders within 14 days' notice) as a Special Resolution. A copy of the resolutions passed other than resolutions concerning ordinary business has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
