RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
HOUSTON, TEXAS (Marketwire - July 13, 2011) - Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Caza" or the "Company") (TSX: CAZ) (AIM: CAZA) held its Annual General Meeting yesterday. Shareholders approved all resolutions put to the meeting, including the election of David McManus, as a non-executive director of the Company, effective July 12, 2011.
