Result of AGM
The Board of Raven Russia is pleased to announce that, following the Company's AGM held yesterday, 1 September, all resolutions were duly passed either unanimously or by a substantial majority of shareholders voting in favour of the Board's proposals.
Members constituting 70% of the Company's issued shares were represented and voted at the meeting.
