LEEDS BUILDING SOCIETY - AGM RESULTS
The Society's AGM took place at 11am on 16th April 2021 at the Society's Head Office, 105 Albion Street, Leeds. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic and public health and safety concerns, members of the public were unable to attend in person. A minimum number of Directors and Society colleagues, who are also voting members, attended the meeting in person to satisfy the quorum requirements for a valid meeting.
The results of the AGM are shown below.
All resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed.
