Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), the UK's leading supplier of solid fuel and bulk materials logistics, announces that, at its AGM held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. As a result the Board now has authority to implement the rolling share buy-back programme announced on 27 October 2014.
