Result of Annual General Meeting
InnovaDerma (LON: IDP), a UK developer of 'at-home' and clinically proven treatments for hair loss, hair care, self-tanning and skin rejuvenation is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, were passed unanimously.
The Company will provide an update on trading for the six month period ending 31 December 2016 in January 2017.
