Holders Technology plc ("Holders Technology" or the "Company") Result of AGM

Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company that was held yesterday at the Company's registered office at Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 1QQ all resolutions were duly passed by shareholders.

Rudi Weinreich, Chairman and Chief Executive, has made the following statement:

"The current year is performing in line with our expectations. The PCB part of our business is benefiting from strong trading on the part of our customers, particularly in Europe. The LED activities, whilst still in their development phase, are showing encouraging growth in turnover."
