BATM Advanced Communications Ltd ("BATM" or the "Company")
Result of AGM
BATM announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
Accordingly, and as announced on 7 March 2011, the payment of the final dividend will be made on 18 July 2011 to all eligible shareholders on the register as at 24 June 2011. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 22 June 2011.
