Anglo Pacific Group PLC26 April 2006 26 April 2006 ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC At the annual general meeting of Anglo Pacific Group plc (the "Company") held on26th April 2006 ordinary resolutions were passed to authorise scrip dividendsand a final dividend of 3.25p per share. An ordinary resolution was also passedauthorising the issue of new equity shares representing about one third of theCompany's current issued share capital. The Directors have no present intentionof exercising this authority. Special resolutions to authorise the allotmentfor cash of new equity shares or from treasury and to authorise the Company tomake one or more market purchases of its own shares were also passed.
