Havelock Europa PLC29 June 2005 HAVELOCK EUROPA PLC 29 June 2005 Havelock Europa PLC ("the Company") The Company announces that it was notified on 28 June 2005 that, under the rulesof the Havelock Europa PLC Restricted Share Plan (the "RSP"), on the same daythe Trustees of the RSP purchased 100,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company,which equates to 0.3% of the issued share capital, at a price of 132p perordinary share. Following this purchase, the RSP holds 655,672 ordinary 10pshares (1.9%) in the Company's issued share capital. The directors of the company are potentially beneficiaries to the RSP.
