Petards Group PLC14 December 2005 Petards Group plc ("the Company") Restoration of shares & contract gain Further to the statement made by the Company on 12 December 2005, the Board canconfirm that the revised 2004 Report & Accounts are being posted to shareholderstoday and therefore expects that the trading facility in the Company's ordinaryshares on AIM will be restored with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 15 December 2005. The Group has been awarded a £1.1m contract by Air France Industries to supplyspecialist displays for AWACS aircraft. The equipment will be delivered in 2006and the contract includes a 5 year maintenance and support package.
