TMN Group plc - Restoration of trading

Further to the announcement on 18 February 2009 that the Company's shares had been suspended pending an announcement and publication of an admission document relating to a proposed reverse acquisition that was in contemplation, the Board of TMN Group plc is pleased to announce that it has today released the further details regarding the reverse transaction and published an admission document which is available on the Company's website http://www.tmnplc.com/tmn/investors/reports/ and has been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive communications in print format. It is expected that trading in the Company's shares will now be restored to trading on AIM.
