Sherborne Investors Management (Guernsey) LLC ("Sherborne Investors"), the investment manager of SIGB, LP, notes the announcement released today by Electra Private Equity plc ("Electra").
While the announcement contains a number of factual inaccuracies, Sherborne Investors intends to review the points made by Electra and respond in a considered and thoughtful manner in due course.
