Resolutions of PJSC NCSP's Board of Directors

Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (NCSP Group or the Group) (LSE: NCSP, Moscow Exchange: NMTP) hereby reports related party transactions approved by PJSC NCSP's Board of Directors in the meeting dated 03 August 2016, which are subject to mandatory disclosure under Russian law:

1. Property lease agreement between PJSC NCSP as lessor and JSC NCSP Fleet as lessee.

2. Fuel supply agreement between JSC Novorossiysk Grain Terminal as buyer and PJSC NCSP.

3. Addendum №1 to property lease agreement №O-2016/27/344/15 dated 01.01.2016 between JSC Novorossiysk Grain Terminal as lessor and PJSC NCSP as lessee.

4. Agreement for transshipment of exported gasoline between JSC Transneft-Service as principal and PJSC NCSP and contractor.
