Defenx plc (AIM:DFX), the cyber-security software group, today announces that, as set out in the Company's circular to shareholders of 6 April 2018 and following yesterday's general meeting, Andrea Stecconi, founder and executive director, has resigned from the board of the Company with immediate effect.
