Resignation of a director
The Board of Global Brands S.A announces the resignation of Mr Matei Lecca as Executive director of the Comapny with immediate effect. Mr Matei will however retain his position as Chief Finacial Officer of the Company until 30th september 2008 at which date he will retire.
Yair Hasson, Executive Chairman of Global Brands S.A said: "We are sorry to lose Matei from the Board and we would like to thank him for his contribution to the Company."
