Rescheduled Annual General Meeting
Adamas Finance Asia Limited (AIM: ADAM), the London quoted pan-Asian diversified investment vehicle, announces that the Company's AGM, previously scheduled for 17 August 2019, has been rescheduled to take place on 15 November 2019.
The rescheduled AGM will be held at 19/F CMA Building, 64 Connaught Road, Central, Hong Kong, at 5.00 pm on 15 November 2019.
