Report and Accounts
SeaEnergy PLC, the innovation-led offshore energy services business today announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 (the "Report and Accounts") and Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2014 ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
The Company will be holding the AGM at the Tree Tops Hotel, 161 Springfield Road, Aberdeen, AB15 7AQ at 2.30 p.m. on 22 May 2014.
