Ashley House plc (the "Company"), the health and community care property partner announces that it has published its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 April 2015 and confirms that where requested, copies have been sent to shareholders.
Copies of the annual report and accounts can also be obtained from the registered offices of Ashley House plc at Unit 1, Barnes Wallis Court, Wellington Road, Cressex Business Park, High Wycombe HP12 3PS.

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 30 October at 12 noon at the Company's London office, Spirella House, Third Floor, 266-270 Regent Street, London, W1B 3AH.
