Transactions in a close period
In accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Lazard World Trust Fund (the "Fund") announces that it is satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Fund may have in the period leading up to the announcement of its Annual Results for the period ended 31 March 2018 has previously been and will continue to be notified via a regulatory information service. Therefore, the Fund is not prohibited from repurchasing its own securities, during this period.
