Replacement - Total Voting Rights

The following amendment has been made to the Total Voting Rights announcement released on 5 September 2016 at 13:30 under RNS No 97251.

The total number of shares in the Company with voting rights is 218,809,430 rather than the figure used in the earlier announcement.

All other details remain unchanged.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 218,809,430 Ordinary Shares (excluding treasury) of 5 pence each with one voting right per share. The total number of shares in the Company with voting rights is therefore of 218,809,430.

The Company holds 1,461,598 Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
