Replacement: Grant of Options

CORRECTION: GRANT OF OPTIONS

The following amendment has been made to the 'Grant of Options' announcement released on 18 September at 7:00 under RNS No 0467B:

The percentage of the Company's outstanding options over its ordinary shares has been updated from 5.2 per cent to 5.5 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

All other details remain unchanged.

Grant of Options

LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF", "Lightwave", or "the Company"), the leading smart home solutions provider, announces that it has granted 350,000 share options to certain employees of the Company at an exercise price of 16.0 pence per share in accordance with the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme (the "Options").

The Options are exercisable three years after their grant, provided that the mid-price of the Company's ordinary shares meets or exceeds 40 pence per share at the time of exercise.

Following the grant of these Options, the Company has a total of 3,954,000 outstanding options over its ordinary shares, representing 5.5 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
