REPAYMENT OF 10% LOAN NOTES
Impellam Group plc (the "Company"), on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary The Corporate Services Group Limited, announces today that on 3rd May 2011 the Company has repaid, in full, the final obligations under the £20.0 million 10% Secured Loan. The repayment is in line with the Company's previously announced defined strategic initiatives, and thereafter the Company has no long-term debt outstanding.
