Zoopla Property Group Plc - Remuneration Committee Changes

Zoopla Property Group Plc ("Company") today announces that Robin Klein, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will step down as a member of the Remuneration Committee. He will remain a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.

The above change will take effect immediately.

This notification is made pursuant to the requirements of Rule 9.6.11(3) of the Listing Rules.
