Regulatory Matter

Photo-Me (PHTM.L), the instant service equipment group, announces that it has referred to the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal a dispute between itself and the Financial Services Authority. The dispute relates to alleged breaches of Disclosure and Transparency Rule 2.2.1R and Listing Principle 4, which it is contesting vigorously, in respect of the timing of an announcement about trading which Photo-Me made on 2 March 2007. 

The reference will shortly appear on the publicly available listing of Tribunal cases.
