Regarding S&P Rating Action

 International credit rating agency S&P Global Ratings,

-changed the outlook on İşbank's Long-term Counterparty Credit Ratings to "Stable" from "Negative"

-upgraded İşbank's Long-term Turkey National Scale Rating to trAA from trAA-

-affirmed İşbank's Long-term Counterparty Credit Rating at BB, Short-term Counterparty Credit Rating at B, and Short-term Turkey National Scale Rating at trA-1.

According to the disclosure made by S&P Global Ratings, the aforementioned changes were made pursuant to the outlook change of Turkish sovereign rating on 4 November 2016.
