Redemption of redeemable preference shares
On 15 May 2018, ASA International Group plc ("the Company") issued 50,000 redeemable preference shares of GBP 1.00 each to Catalyst Microfinance Investors as previously disclosed in the IPO prospectus.
On 30 May 2019, all of these redeemable preference shares were redeemed by the Company in compliance with the requirements of the Company's articles of association and the Companies Act 2006.
