Moses Lake, Washington USA - March 26, 2026: REC Silicon ASA (REC Silicon) has published its Annual Report for 2025 including the Sustainability report and the Remuneration report for 2025.

The independent auditor's report includes an emphasis of matter paragraph related to going concern.

The Company has made a minor reclassification between discontinued and continuing operations compared to the fourth quarter 2025 report. As a result, loss from continuing operations has been revised from USD 62.3 million to USD 60.3 million. Total net loss remains unchanged at USD 63.1 million.
