Re-issue of Treasury Shares

Origin Enterprises plc ("Origin" or "the Company") announces that on 6 October 2023 it transferred 65,458 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the Company's UK and ROI Savings Related Share Option Schemes.
Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company has reduced from 13,435,483 to 13,370,025. The total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is now 111,950,350.
