Further to the recent announcement of its Annual Financial Report for the period to 1 October 2011, Topps Tiles announces that its Annual General Meeting will now be held at 10.00am on 10 January 2012 at Topps Tiles Plc, Thorpe Way, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicestershire LE19 1SU and not 10.30am as previously stated.

The Company's Annual Report for the period to 1 October 2011, together with the Notice of the Meeting, has been posted to shareholders.
