Q3 2019 Dividend Exchange Rate
Diversified Gas & Oil plc (AIM: DGOC), the US based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells and midstream assets, announced on 10 December 2019 a dividend in respect of the third quarter to 30 September 2019 of 3.50 cents per share ("Q3 2019 Dividend"). The Q3 2019 Dividend will be paid on 27 March 2020 to those shareholders on the register on 6 March 2020.
The Company announces that Shareholders who have elected to receive their dividends paid in GBP sterling will receive an equivalent payment of 2.76 pence per share, based on the 12 March 2020 exchange rate of GBP0.7891=US$1.
