Arlington Group Ltd08 December 2005 Arlington Group PLC ("the Company") Purchase of Own Securities On 07 December 2005, the Company purchased 313,575 ordinary shares of 0.5p eachin the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 40p each. Upon settlement, these OrdinaryShares will be cancelled in accordance with Bermudan law.
