Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Target Healthcare REIT Limited (the "Company") has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority. The publication of the supplementary prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication of the Group's report and financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2014.

The supplementary prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 5 September 2014 relating to the initial placing, offer for subscription and placing programme of up to 100 million new ordinary shares of no par value.

Copies of the supplementary prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Copies of the supplementary prospectus are also available in electronic form on the Company's website at http://www.targethealthcarereit.co.uk and, until 4 September 2015, copies are available for collection from the registered office of the Company at Ordnance House, 31 Pier Road, St. Helier, Jersey JE4 8PW and from the offices of Dickson Minto W.S., Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW.
