Further to the Tender Offer announcement made this morning, LMS Capital plc (the "Company") confirms that a circular containing details of the Tender Offer and the Notice of General Meeting on 14 December 2015 at 10.00 a.m. (the "Circular") is now available on the Company's website at www.lmscapital.com.

In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, a copy of the following documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:

· Circular dated 27 November 2015 (including the Notice of General Meeting); and

· Form of Proxy for the General Meeting on 14 December 2015.
