Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Redcentric plc (AIM:RCN) ("Redcentric" or the "Company") (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 will be available on the Company's website at www.redcentricplc.com from 11 August 2020. Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will also be posted to shareholders on 11 August 2020.
The AGM of the Company will be held at midday on Wednesday 16 September 2020 at Lifeline House, 80 Clifton Street, London EC2A 4HB.
