PUBLICATION OF A SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS

The Board of Directors of the Company has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority (the "Supplementary Prospectus"). The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2015 (the "2015 Accounts"), certain information from which is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the summary document and registration document published by the Company on 8 September 2015 in relation to a Share Issuance Programme of up to 500 million ordinary shares and/or C shares in aggregate.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the 2015 Accounts will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and are available on the Company's website at  http://vpcspecialtylending.com.

The Company invests in opportunities within the specialty lending market primarily through online lending platforms. The Company intends to generate an attractive total return for shareholders consisting of distributable income and capital growth via investments in a diverse portfolio of various platforms, asset classes, geographies (primarily US, Australia and Europe) and credit bands.
