PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND
ScS Group plc is pleased to announce that the recommended final dividend of 9.83p per share as disclosed in the Company's recent preliminary results will, if approved by shareholders, be paid on 28 November 2016 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 4 November 2016.
