Property update
The Board of Gresham House is pleased to announce that, on 16 October 2014, it entered into a 10 year lease with a new tenant for the letting of the building known as Wellington House (or the Liverpool Science Centre) at Southern Gateway, Speke, South Liverpool, at a value over the period of the lease of approximately £1.3m net of tenant incentives.
