Posting of Interim Report and Notice of AGM

Terra Capital Plc, an AIM quoted investment company focussed on investing in value opportunities globally, primarily in frontier markets, announces that copies of its interim report for the period ended 30 June 2016 (the "Interim Report") have now been posted to shareholders together with a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB on 19 October 2016 at 3:00 p.m. (UK time).

The Fund undertakes its activities in line with its strategy to generate high absolute returns by investing in what the Investment Manager believes are under-valued companies presenting significant value opportunities.
